Its your property and your project, if you decide to not move forward we will honor that without charge, as long as work has not already begun construction, then you will be subject to billing for what was complete
How does the billing process work?
You will be billed after project completion with an invoice, unless requested otherwise by a client specifically to pay in forward upon their own choice.
